Festive Smoothie Recipes

Do you love smoothies? I do! Smoothies are quick and simple to prepare, taste great and are super for your health. Smoothies are a perfect way to kick-start your day, as a snack, lunch or dessert for that matter. If you find it difficult to eat generous amounts of fruit and vegetables throughout the day, smoothies offer a great source of nutrition by providing you with your required vitamins and minerals in one small glass.

Many of us have a blender in the back of the press that’s currently being used to gather cobwebs. If you're looking to put your own blender to use and start making smoothies at home, you're already one step ahead, saving yourself money and ensuring you have full control over what goes in.

Here at Revive Active, we have created several smoothie recipes which include our natural super supplements. By adding one sachet of the Revive Active supplements into your smoothie, you are guaranteed to get the best start to your day.

I have compiled a list of our smoothie recipes that you can try over the festive period.
