The Galway Clinic Streets of Galway took place on Saturday last, the 11th of August. 2018 saw the 33rd edition of the races taking place across the city. Over 3,000 eager runners took part in the race starting at Fr. Griffith Road, going towards the Spanish Arch, in to the city before going back towards Salthill and finishing up at the historic Claddagh. The race is sponsored by the Galway Clinic and organised by the local running club, Galway City Harriers.
Revive Active were delighted to sponsor running jerseys for UBFit Sports International. UBFit run fitness classes in Salthill & Furbo from Monday to Saturday weekly. You can read more about UBFit and sign up to classes on their website here.
Over 30 participants from UBFit took part on Saturday in the run & wore our Revive Active jerseys which displayed ‘Revive Active 7’ on the back, signifying our 7th Birthday which took place in July. This was UBFit’s second time taking part in the Streets of Galway and it was great to see so many enthusiastic members taking part in the Streets of Galway.
