To celebrate Pancake Tuesday 2017, we are sharing with you our top secret Porridge Pancake recipe!
Our Porridge Bread recipe has proved popular over the past number of months, so much so that we have decided to share with you our special Porridge Pancake recipe. Check it out below and don't forget to share with all your friends.
- 30g Porridge Oats (Gluten Free if required)
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Banana
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Pinch of Cinnamon
- Cooking Spray/Oil
- Fresh fruit, natural yogurt, nutella, etc.!
- Place all the ingregients in a bowl
- Whisk until you form smooth mixture
- On a medium heat spray your frying pan with the low cal cooking spray/oil
- Pour small portions of the mixture into the pan
- When they start to bubble/become fluffy on top it is time to turn them and cook on the other side
- (Flip them if you can - it's great fun!)
- Serve with your preferred topping and enjoy!
